The ASYS scara arm transforms the rotation of the ASYS robot drive modules into horizontal linear and swivel movements. The ASYS scara arm is designed with a belt drive and polygon driving shaft. All bearings are maintenance free and free from backlash. The interface coupling for the ASYS endeffector with integrated fine adjustment via 3-point ball-to-lock mechanism is included.
