transport modules

ASYS transport modules are designed to handle a large variety of different substrate sizes. I.e. from 2" upto 8" (200mm) round and square substrates as well as 300mm wafers. The toplid lift is pneumaticallyn driven and fully integrated in the base frame (two hand tripping device).
